SITE B DOCUMENTATION

Set up Site B and Nyra.

Site B is your control panel. Nyra is the Discord bot your players and staff talk to. Connect the server, configure the economy and choose where Nyra should live in Discord.

Getting started

You do not need to understand Site B's code. Set up one game server at a time and run diagnostics before moving to the next step.

  1. Open the Site B dashboard and sign in with Discord.
  2. Select the Discord community you are allowed to manage.
  3. Create one Site B game-server entry for one real game server.
  4. Choose The Isle Legacy or Path of Titans.
  5. Choose the connector that matches how that server is hosted.
  6. Save and run Diagnostics.
  7. Only after the connector is healthy, configure prices, rewards and staff permissions.
  8. Invite Nyra and run /setup in Discord.
Simple rule: if Diagnostics is red, fix the connector first. Do not start changing economy, storage or Discord settings to solve a connector problem.

Which connector do I choose?

The Isle Legacy on your own Windows hostChoose Windows Agent. No inbound Site B port-forward is required.
The Isle Legacy at a game hostChoose SFTP when available.FTPS is second choice. FTP is last resort.
Path of TitansChoose Official REST API.Do not install the Site B Windows Agent for The Isle Legacy.
PoT Local DB buy/storageREST API plus optional DatabaseCache file access.SFTP is preferred for remote file access.

Discord setup

Nyra is the Discord side of Site B. Run /setup as a Discord Administrator or a member with Manage Server.

/setup category:Game Servers channel_name:site-b

Nyra creates or reuses one command channel inside the category you choose. Her normal commands work there; /setup stays available elsewhere so you can recover if the channel is moved or deleted.

Simple version: configure everything in Site B, then let Nyra help players use it in Discord.
L
THE ISLE LEGACY

Server requirements

Your server running The Isle Legacy must write TheIsle.log and include the network/database log categories Site B uses for player joins.

Example launch command

& "C:\TheIsleLegacy\TheIsleServer.exe" "/Game/TheIsle/Maps/Landscape3/Isle_V3?Port=7777?MaxPlayers=10?game=Survival?listen" "-log"

Engine.ini

[Core.Log]
LogNet=Verbose
LogDatabase=Verbose

Default paths

C:\TheIsleLegacy\TheIsle\Saved\Logs\TheIsle.log
C:\TheIsleLegacy\TheIsle\Saved\Databases\Survival\Players
C:\TheIsleLegacy\SiteBBackups

Windows Agent enrollment

The Agent belongs to one Site B server entry for The Isle Legacy. Generate it from the server you are actually enrolling.

  1. Open the server running The Isle Legacy in the Site B dashboard.
  2. Choose Windows Agent.
  3. Enter the installation root for The Isle Legacy, for example C:\TheIsleLegacy.
  4. Save the connector settings.
  5. Click Generate Windows Agent.
  6. Download the generated EXE and copy it to the machine hosting that The Isle Legacy server.
  7. Right-click the EXE and choose Run as administrator.
  8. Accept the Windows elevation prompt.
  9. Wait for the installer to report that the Windows service started.
  10. Return to Site B and wait for the Agent to show Connected.
  11. Run Full diagnostics and fix anything marked red before using player actions.

The generated installer contains a short-lived, one-use enrollment value. Do not reuse an installer generated for another Site B server.

Networking: the Agent connects outbound to Site B over HTTPS. You do not need an inbound Site B port-forward.

Where the Agent lives

C:\Program Files\SiteB\Agents\<server-id>\SiteBAgent.exe
C:\ProgramData\SiteB\Agents\<server-id>gent.json
C:\ProgramData\SiteB\Agents\<server-id>\logsgent.log

Multiple The Isle Legacy Agents on one Windows server

Yes, this is supported. If one Windows machine runs multiple The Isle Legacy servers, create a separate Site B game-server entry for each one and enroll a separate Agent for each entry.

GAMEHOST01
EU The Isle Legacy -> Site B Agent service A
US The Isle Legacy -> Site B Agent service B
Event Server -> Site B Agent service C

Do not make one Agent watch multiple game folders. One Agent belongs to one Site B server entry for The Isle Legacy.

Every enrollment gets its own Windows service name, install folder, ProgramData folder, credentials, tray startup entry and update/job state. Installing a second server's Agent therefore does not overwrite the first. Reinstalling the same Site B server replaces only that server's Agent.

What you may notice: Windows can show more than one Site B tray icon. Open the icon menu and read the server name at the top to see which Agent you are looking at.

SFTP / FTPS / FTP

If your hosting provider exposes the files for The Isle Legacy remotely, choose the matching connector in the dashboard and enter the host credentials, TheIsle.log path and Players directory.

Prefer SFTP or FTPS. Plain FTP should only be used when the host provides no encrypted option.

P
PATH OF TITANS

REST API + Local DB access

Server REST API

Start the Path of Titans server with -EnableServerApi, then configure:

[AlderonServerAPI]
Port=8090
ApiKey=YOUR_LONG_RANDOM_API_KEY

Enter the reachable /v1/api URL and API key in Site B. Keep the plain HTTP API private or behind a TLS reverse proxy.

Local Database buy + storage

For -Database=Local, Site B can also use SFTP (preferred), FTPS or FTP access to PathOfTitans/Saved/DatabaseCache. This enables PoT dinosaur buying and five-slot storage without installing a Windows Agent.

For SFTP, run diagnostics and trust the observed SSH host key before writes are allowed. PoT storage hides/restores the exact Character ID by changing the player's Account JSON; the Character JSON itself stays intact and no game-server restart is required.

Character creation

PoT buying uses Alderon's Local-DB createcharacter command through the REST /rcon bridge. Enable bAllowGenericCommand=true. Site B detects the new Character ID, finalizes gender through the database API and refunds a paid job if the running server build rejects creation.

Source RCON

Source RCON remains available for compatible command-oriented actions, but the full PoT dinosaur/storage workflow uses REST plus Local DB file access.

Economy & dinosaur shop

Open the selected game server in the dashboard and configure its economy. The Isle Legacy and Path of Titans keep completely separate prices, balances and player state.

Each supported dinosaur can have separate Male and Female purchase prices plus per-stage growth pricing. A configured Female price must be higher than the Male price. The Isle Legacy can also price Feed; PoT Feed is currently unavailable. Heal and Teleport can be priced on both where supported.

Checkout: Nyra shows the complete /dino buy total before points are reserved. The Isle Legacy keeps its player-confirmed offline checkout behavior. PoT additionally verifies the player is actually disconnected before Local DB character creation.

Nyra point games

The Isle Legacy and Path of Titans communities can use the selected server's Site B balance for Nyra's point games. Every game is scoped to the selected game server, so balances, limits and results never mix between servers.

Available games are /coinflip, /dice, /slots, /roulette, /blackjack, /chicken-fight, /work, /crime and /gamble. Players can also use /give and /leaderboard.

Configure a game

Use the Games & gambling card in the Site B dashboard or configure one directly through Nyra:

/admin game game:Roulette enabled:Yes min_bet:10 max_bet:5000 cooldown:5

Use max_bet:0 when you do not want a configured maximum. Nyra records point debits and payouts in the Site B economy ledger just like other balance changes.

Nyra keeps it tidy: blackjack uses private buttons, cooldowns stop command spam and disabled games disappear from the enabled-game list shown by /shop.

The Isle Legacy server management

Nyra can perform supported The Isle Legacy file and log operations through the same connector already attached to the server. Windows servers use the Site B Agent; hosted servers can use SFTP, FTPS or FTP where supported.

The Isle Legacy management uses the server log and Game.ini. Site B creates a backup before configuration writes and Nyra tells staff when a restart is required.

/legacy status
/legacy info
/legacy chat lines:20
/legacy motd action:View
/legacy motd action:Set text:Welcome survivors
/legacy gameadmin action:List
/legacy gameadmin action:Add steamid:76561198000000000
/legacy ban action:Add steamid:76561198000000000

MOTD, in-game administrator and ban changes are configuration changes and require a game-server restart before The Isle Legacy uses the new configuration. Reading status, info and recent chat does not require a restart.

Use the separate staff permissions server.manage, server.chat and server.moderate when you do not want every staff role to have every server-management action.

Staff roles

Site B uses your existing Discord roles. It does not create staff roles for you.

Configure mappings from the dashboard or directly in Discord:

/staff set role:@Moderator inject:Yes grow:Yes heal:Yes inspect:Yes economy:Yes
/staff set role:@Admin server_manage:Yes server_chat:Yes server_moderate:Yes
/staff list
/staff remove role:@Moderator

Mappings are per game server, so the same Discord role can have different Site B permissions on different servers. Discord Administrators can use Site B staff commands automatically, but dashboard ownership remains separate.

Dinosaur storage

Every player has five Site B storage slots. Store uses the server's configured storage price; restore is free and consumes the slot only after a successful restore.

The Isle Legacy parity actions: server owners can also configure direct active/storage swap pricing, gender-swap pricing, slay pricing and an Adult-dinosaur sell percentage from Server settings. These actions remain strict offline save-file mutations and Nyra confirms when it is safe to rejoin.

Staff direct-to-storage: /admin inject can create a configured The Isle Legacy dinosaur directly in slot 1-5 with species, growth stage, gender, feed/heal defaults and an optional saved color preset. This does not replace the player's active dinosaur. Occupied slots require explicit overwrite confirmation.

Colors and quests: players can save/apply named The Isle Legacy color presets with /dino colors and can receive server-verifiable point quests with /quest. Server owners can enable/disable these features and tune quest cooldown/reward scale in Server settings.

Community parity controls: the dashboard also supports a free-request dinosaur roster, per-command enable/cooldown/price overrides, Discord-role point income and a persistent Discord server-status message. Staff bulk points can target one player, a Discord role or all linked members.

The Isle Legacy

Site B preserves the complete snapshot and leaves a clean Juvenile Utahraptor as the active save until restore. Discard permanently removes the stored The Isle Legacy snapshot without touching the active save.

Path of Titans Local DB

Site B stores the full character snapshot and unlinks the exact Character ID from account.characters[], so the dinosaur disappears from character select while its character record stays intact. Restore adds that same CID back. No PoT server restart is needed. PoT discard frees the Site B slot but intentionally leaves the hidden host-side character record available for recovery.

Storage safety: completely leave the game server before storing or restoring. Site B fails closed if it cannot verify the player is offline, blocks overlapping storage jobs, verifies the mutation and rolls the account/save change back if the player reconnects or the write fails.

Troubleshooting

The Isle Legacy player does not link

Confirm the player rejoined after running /link, and verify LogNet=Verbose and LogDatabase=Verbose are enabled.

Agent shows offline

Confirm the Site B Agent service is running and the server can make outbound HTTPS connections.

A purchase stays queued

Keep the player disconnected and confirm the configured connector/Agent is connected. Nyra sends a completion DM when the save change has finished.

Female option is missing

Open the dinosaur shop settings and enable Female purchases for that dinosaur after setting a Female price higher than the Male price.
