Terms of Service

Short version

Use Site B lawfully. Only connect servers and Discord communities you are allowed to manage. Protect your credentials. Do not use Site B to cheat, attack services, steal accounts, duplicate paid items/characters or bypass rules from Discord, Steam, Alderon Games, The Isle or a hosting provider.

Site B automates actions against third-party games and services. Those services can change, go offline or reject an action. Keep your own game-server backups and test changes before using them on production communities.

1. Agreement to these terms

By using Site B you agree to these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy and the Service Policy. If you use Site B on behalf of a Discord community, company or organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organisation.

Site B is currently provided free of charge as an independent project. Donating through Ko-fi is not required to use Site B and does not create a paid subscription, service-level agreement or entitlement to additional functionality.

If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Accounts, ownership and authority

Site B uses Discord for account sign-in and community ownership workflows. You are responsible for the security of your Discord account and any account with authority over your Site B community.

You may only claim, connect or manage a Discord community or game server when you are authorised to do so. Do not impersonate another owner, steal an enrollment installer, reuse another server's API key or attempt to bypass ownership checks.

Ownership transfer tools are provided to help communities hand control to another authorised person. You remain responsible for confirming the recipient before accepting a transfer.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use Site B to:

• break applicable law or encourage unlawful activity;
• gain unauthorised access to another Discord community, game server, hosting account or computer;
• distribute malware, steal credentials, probe systems you do not own or deliberately overload Site B;
• circumvent bans, permissions, rate limits, anti-cheat systems or third-party platform restrictions;
• create duplicate-value exploits, knowingly abuse race conditions, replay completed jobs or manipulate Site B balances dishonestly;
• harass users, expose private credentials or publish sensitive player information without a lawful reason;
• use Site B in a way that violates Discord, Steam, Path of Titans, The Isle, or the rules of their respective operators.

Security research must be authorised and must avoid accessing other users' data or disrupting the service.

4. Your game servers and configuration

Server owners control their own game servers, rules, prices, rewards, staff roles and connector credentials. Site B provides automation but does not become the owner or operator of your game server.

You are responsible for verifying your server backups, game licenses, hosting permissions, firewall rules, API exposure, mod compatibility and compliance with the game's rules.

Some actions modify game data. Site B includes backups, locks and verification where supported, but you should still maintain independent backups and test new releases on a non-production server when practical.

5. Third-party services

Site B depends on services that we do not control, including Discord and the supported games/platforms. Site B is not affiliated with or endorsed by Discord Inc., Valve Corporation (Steam), Alderon Games (Path of Titans), or Afterthought LLC (The Isle) unless a separate written statement says otherwise.

Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms, privacy policies, APIs, anti-cheat rules and technical limits. If a third-party API changes or is disabled, some Site B functionality can stop working until compatibility is restored.

6. Site B points and virtual items

Site B points are a community-configured virtual balance used inside a server's Site B economy. They are not legal tender, stored-value money, cryptocurrency, a Site B subscription payment or a promise of cash value.

Community owners decide how points are earned and spent on their server. Site B may reverse or correct ledger entries when necessary to fix duplicate jobs, failed actions, abuse or technical errors.

Server owners are responsible for deciding whether local law or third-party rules permit the way they configure games of chance, rewards or paid community benefits. Site B's point minigames are not a licence to offer real-money gambling.

7. Credentials, API keys and the Windows Agent

Treat Site B owner access, connector passwords, SFTP keys, API keys and Agent enrollment installers as secrets. Do not send them in public Discord channels or screenshots.

The Site B Windows Agent is intended for The Isle Legacy Windows hosts. Each Agent installation belongs to one Site B server entry for The Isle Legacy. Running multiple The Isle Legacy servers on one Windows host is supported by enrolling a separate Agent for each server.

You are responsible for deciding who may install software with Administrator rights on your host.

8. Availability, updates and support

The service is provided on an "as available" basis. We aim to keep Site B reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted operation unless you have a separate written service-level agreement.

Updates can change or remove features when required for security, third-party compatibility, abuse prevention or product development. Critical security fixes may be deployed without advance notice.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or restrict an account, community, connector or Agent when reasonably necessary to protect Site B, other users, third-party services or legal compliance. Serious abuse, credential theft, attacks or repeated attempts to bypass security controls can result in immediate suspension.

Where reasonable, we will explain the reason and provide a way to contact support. We may preserve records required for security, dispute handling or law even after service access ends.

10. Warranties and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Site B is provided without a guarantee that every third-party game build, mod, host or network configuration will work continuously. We are not responsible for failures caused by third-party outages, unsupported modifications, incorrect server-owner configuration, compromised credentials or actions taken outside Site B.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. If Site B later introduces paid subscriptions or other paid Site B services, the applicable pricing, billing, cancellation, tax and any additional commercial terms will be published before those paid services are offered.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the service, security requirements or law changes. The current version and date will be published here. If a change materially affects existing users, we may also notify owners through the dashboard or support channels.
