Privacy Policy

Last updated: 4 October 2026. This page explains, in normal language, what Site B processes when you use the dashboard, Nyra, a connected game server or the Site B Windows Agent.

Current project status: Site B is currently operated as a free, independent project rather than a paid subscription business. A company, KVK number or VAT number is therefore not presented here as if one already exists. Privacy and support requests can be sent to [email protected] and [email protected]. The project operator should still publish any additional identity or contact details that applicable privacy law requires.

Plain-English summary

Site B needs account IDs, game IDs and server activity to do what you ask it to do. For example, Nyra cannot award playtime points without knowing which player joined a server, and storage cannot safely restore a dinosaur without knowing the correct player and character.

Site B does not need your Discord password, Steam password, Alderon password or full payment-card details. Connector passwords, private keys and game API keys that a server owner enters are treated as secrets and stored encrypted where the product supports storage of those secrets.

Site B is a server-management service, not an advertising profile. We do not sell personal data.

Who controls the data

For the Site B website, dashboard and platform account, the operator of the independent Site B project acts as the service operator and data controller. Contact: [email protected].

A Discord community owner may also decide how their game community uses Site B, what game servers are connected and which staff members receive permissions. That community owner remains responsible for their own server rules, notices and lawful use of player information.

What data we process

Discord account and community data

When you sign in or use Nyra, Site B may process your Discord user ID, username, avatar, Discord server IDs, role IDs, selected command channel, server preferences and linked Discord ID returned by a supported game API.

Game identity and activity

For The Isle Legacy this can include a Steam ID, player name, join/leave events, playtime, character state needed for supported actions and storage metadata. For Path of Titans this can include Alderon ID, player name, linked Discord ID, Character ID, species, gender, growth, marks, safe vitals and online state.

Path of Titans live API responses can include location data. Site B is designed not to retain PoT coordinates in its normal player snapshot unless a specific feature requires that information.

Economy and actions

Site B stores server-scoped balances, ledger entries, shop jobs, storage slots, game cooldowns, Nyra game sessions, staff actions and audit entries so actions can be verified and duplicate jobs can be prevented.

Server-owner connector data

Server owners may provide hostnames, ports, usernames, passwords, SFTP keys, key passphrases, SSH host fingerprints, Path of Titans API URLs, Path of Titans API keys and local/remote file paths. Sensitive connector values are not meant to be shown to normal players.

Windows Agent data

The Site B Windows Agent for The Isle Legacy reports its Site B server identity, machine information needed for diagnostics, software version, connection health, supported events and the minimum server/game data needed to perform configured Site B jobs.

Technical and security records

Site B may store web sessions, authentication times, CSRF/session security values, failed or completed jobs, one-time enrollment records, nonces used to stop replay attacks, service status, moderation/suspension records and audit history.

Why we use the data

We process this information to provide the service you or a community owner requested, including authentication, server selection, player linking, playtime rewards, balances, shop purchases, dinosaur actions, storage, server management, diagnostics, security, abuse prevention and support.

Where applicable, processing is based on performing the service, legitimate interests in securing and operating the platform, compliance with legal obligations, or consent where the law requires consent.

Where the data comes from

Data can come directly from you, from Discord OAuth and Discord bot interactions, from a connected The Isle Legacy server, from a Path of Titans official server API, from game-server files that the server owner authorises Site B to access, and from the Site B Windows Agent installed by the server owner.

Who receives the data

Site B only shares information when needed to run the service, comply with law, protect the platform, or when the community owner has configured an integration that requires it.

Discord and the relevant game platform remain separate services with their own terms and privacy policies. Site B is independent from Discord Inc., Valve Corporation (Steam), Alderon Games (Path of Titans), and Afterthought LLC (The Isle). Data sent to those services is governed by their own policies.

If you voluntarily support Site B through Ko-fi, Ko-fi processes the donation through its own service and privacy terms. Site B does not require a payment method to use the platform. Other infrastructure, hosting, email or monitoring providers should receive only the information needed for their role and should be subject to appropriate contractual and security controls.

How we protect data

Site B uses session protections, server-scoped permissions, audit logs, rate limits, encrypted connector secrets, one-time Agent enrollment, signed Agent update verification, SFTP host-key pinning and offline/locking checks for sensitive dinosaur storage operations.

No internet service can promise zero risk. Server owners must also protect their Discord accounts, Site B owner access, host credentials, API keys and game-server operating systems.

How long data is kept

We keep data only as long as it is needed for the service, security, accounting, dispute handling or legal obligations. Some short-lived records expire automatically, such as web sessions, checkout drafts and one-time enrollment records. Operational history such as ledgers, audit logs, player links, server configuration and storage records may remain while the community uses Site B or until they are lawfully deleted.

Backups can retain older copies for a limited period after the live record changes. Deleting a community from Site B may not instantly remove copies held in protected backups.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to ask what personal data is held about you, correct it, request deletion, restrict certain processing, receive portable data, object to certain processing or withdraw consent where consent is the basis.

For a privacy request, contact [email protected]. We may need to verify that you are the person connected to the relevant Discord/game identity before changing or releasing data.

If you are in the EEA, you can also complain to your local data-protection authority if you believe your rights were not handled correctly.

Age and minors

Site B is built around Discord and third-party game services. You must meet the minimum age and account requirements of the services you use and any applicable law in your country. Site B should not be used to bypass Discord or game-platform age restrictions.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when Site B changes, when new integrations are added or when legal requirements change. The current version and update date will be published on this page. Material changes may also be announced through the dashboard or support channels.
